Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

    • Computers, laptops, printers

    • Operating systems (Windows, macOS)

    • Software applications (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

  • Log and track all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system

  • Support user account management (password resets, access rights)

  • Assist in network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues)

  • Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base

Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support / helpdesk role

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Windows OS, MS Office Suite

    • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
