Developer Relations Specialist

Organize internal and external events meetups, conferences, summits, and hackathons to boost the company's tech brand presence

• Build relationships with external community leaders
• Track engagement and loyalty through key metrics
• Collect and channel feedback from the developer community back to the product team
• Identify and nurture external tech advocates and speakers who represent the company
• Moderate and grow developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, GitHub, etc
• Support engineers in writing and publishing technical content articles, case studies, and tutorials
• Collaborate with the SMM team to align developer-facing content with broader social media strategy and ensure consistent technical brand voice across channels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience organizing and running tech events meetups, conferences, summits, internal talks
• Strong networking skills and proven ability to build relationships with community leaders, vendors, and conference organizers
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems and an understanding of what motivates engineering teams
• Comfort with data tracking engagement metrics, interpreting results, and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Experience with or a strong understanding of open source culture and contribution workflows
• Active presence and hands-on experience managing developer communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, or GitHub
• Practical proficiency with AI-powered tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation
