Position Overview
Accor is hiring a Development Analyst in Dubai to support its hotel development and feasibility projects. The role involves preparing business plans, conducting market research, supporting validation processes, and assisting the development team with owner presentations. The position also provides direct support to the Chief Development Officer for events, newsletters, and strategic reporting.

Core Duties
* Conduct market research and maintain hospitality industry databases
* Prepare business plans and validation documents for hotel development projects
* Drive internal validation processes prior to contract sign-off
* Assist development team with pitches and presentations for hotel owners and investors
* Participate in meetings and presentations with senior development leaders
* Support the Chief Development Officer by organizing conferences, events, and quarterly newsletters
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly presentations for internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and timely delivery of projects
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor s or Master s degree from a hospitality management school
* Strong understanding of hotel P&L statements, HMAs, HFAs, and hotel investment principles
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet short deadlines
* Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative mindset
* Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
