Roles & Responsibilities

Development & Investment Strategy

  • Develop and implement a real estate development strategy in line with company business objectives.
  • Identify investment and development opportunities across Egypt, conducting feasibility studies and financial modelling.
  • Establish a pipeline of high-value projects that align with market demands and company portfolio expansion goals.
  • Work closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to structure and execute transactions, joint ventures, and funding models.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle, from land acquisition, zoning, and master planning to construction and handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with urban planners, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and sustainable real estate solutions.
  • Manage regulatory approvals, ensuring compliance with local laws, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

Market Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, investors, developers, and business partners.
  • Stay ahead of GCC real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.
  • Represent company in investment forums, real estate summits, and key industry events to drive business development and partnerships.

Financial & Commercial Oversight

  • Lead financial structuring and risk management for projects, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Develop project budgets, cost control measures, and investment forecasts to align with corporate financial strategies.
  • Drive the negotiation of land acquisitions, development agreements, and partnership deals with key stakeholders.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of development managers, project managers, and investment analysts to drive high-performance execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, construction, sales, and marketing) to ensure project success.
  • Establish best practices for development governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.

  • Financial Modelling & Analysis Tools (Excel, Argus Enterprise, or similar) For feasibility studies, investment analysis, and ROI calculations.
