Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve key project milestones and deliverables.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and establish effective mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and evaluate new project development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and international project management standards.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement across project management processes and methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 15+ years of experience in project development or a related discipline, with a strong record of successful delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong capabilities in project management, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the full project development lifecycle and relevant industry best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of both local and international business practices.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business environment and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel for project oversight and client engagements.
