Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and development process for real estate, commercial, and facility management projects from concept through execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of architectural solutions.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with local codes and company standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve design or construction issues.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and construction techniques to optimize aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Review and approve architectural documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for permitting and construction.
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising design integrity.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
4 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural design and development, preferably within real estate or commercial projects.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Experience in site supervision and construction administration.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
Ability to analyze and solve complex design and construction challenges.
Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
