Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Draft all preliminary and detailed Feasibility studies for all projects.
- Prepare sales rollout for all projects.
- Produce marketing materials, annex and all work needed sketches in house.
- Draft RFPs for projects, contracts for design consultants, coordinating between consultants for all projects.
- Collaborate with design department, ensuring efficient project execution & oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring progress according to assigned schedules.
- Conduct site visits as required, to assess project progress.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Coordinate between all internal departments i.e. (Design, Sales, Marketing, Operation, PMO, CRM)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in architectural engineering.
- Proficient in MS. Office.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication.
- Excellent presentation skills.

Full time, 1-3 years of experience, New Cairo, 5 th settlement
