Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining the landscape of entertainment and sports in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an accomplished Development Manager for our Football Training Centre project. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development efforts to establish a state-of-the-art facility that caters to the rising passion for football in the region.
Your leadership will guide the successful planning, design, and execution of the Football Training Centre, ensuring that all phases of development align with our strategic vision and deliver a world-class training environment. You will work closely with industry experts, local agencies, and international partners to create an exceptional experience for athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Football Training Centre project, from feasibility studies to design, construction, and operational handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to transform innovative concepts into practical designs.
- Conduct thorough market analyses and stakeholder assessments to inform project strategies and enhance community engagement.
- Manage relationships with local authorities, sports governing bodies, and other stakeholders to streamline approvals and compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, issues, and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on global best practices in sports facility development to ensure integration of the latest trends and technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sports facility development or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale development projects, preferably in sports or recreational facilities.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in sports development.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
