What You ll Do

* Support the creation of advanced 3D content and manage visualization-related deliverables.
* Oversee the Virtual City platform and XR studio operations, ensuring accurate and timely outputs.
* Drive development strategies, evaluating market trends and identifying new opportunities.
* Prepare cost plans, financial appraisals, and cash flow forecasts for acquisitions and projects.
* Assist in securing funding and conducting due diligence processes for property acquisitions.
* Manage project budgets, monitor risk, and implement change management processes.
* Coordinate across internal and external teams through all stages of project delivery.
* Lead initiatives for leasing, pre-let, and disposal strategies to optimize asset value.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring account management excellence.
* Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Lead teams to achieve KPIs and provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
* Ensure strategic goals align with net-zero carbon transition objectives by managing carbon impact during delivery.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in construction, business, architecture, or related field.
* Professional membership (e.g., RICS, APM) or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Proven experience in development management, including strategy, feasibility, and delivery.
* Familiarity with financial modeling, project finance documentation, and funding structures.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and consultancy practices.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage high-performing teams.
* Eligible for a Saudi Arabia work visa; prior Middle East experience on high-value developments preferred.
