Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Management of the creation of APQP grids. Upon signature of the FETE form, a meeting is organized between the grid manager and the purchasing department for the creation of the FIPA. Once the FIPA is created, the grid creation process begins.
- Monitoring the progress of the APQP grids: weekly follow-up with each design office (MECH, INT & Body) to ensure that milestones are met.
- to establish the agenda for meetings, to lead the meetings and to share the minutes.
- Participation in weekly follow-up meetings with suppliers (KPIs): APQP progress status, creation of APQP grids, PPAP D&A progress status.
- Design Assessment Management: informing the team when project milestones are reached, organizing meetings, sharing the agenda (milestone concerned and link to the A3C file), facilitating the meeting with the subsystem RT.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Master's degree in mechanical, industrial or mechatronics engineering.
- Knowing how to use different office software (word processing, spreadsheet).
- Knowing how to use the software used by STLA (PLM / BI / MACSI).
- Knowing how to use internal PSA resources (DocInfo, etc.).
- Know the project stakeholders and ensure relevant exchanges with the various departments.
- Ability to write reports and summaries.
- General knowledge of vehicle architecture and synthesis.
- Good level in French and English.
- Proactive and responsive.
