Roles & Responsibilities
Hiring for a Development & Real Estate Manager for a reputable construction company based in Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing all phases of development, including design coordination and construction management.
Leading diverse project teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Performing detailed financial modelling and comprehensive site evaluations, including market and zoning reviews.
Negotiating all major land and construction contracts.
Desired Candidate Profile
We need a proactive leader with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Real Estate, Finance, etc.) who can drive projects from concept to completion.
