Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales plans.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and forecasts.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with key customers and partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-7 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably the mobile accessories sector
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of the Egyptian mobile market and distribution channels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
