Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define the objectives of the
- Manage team performance
- Participate in the recruitment of high-caliber individuals
- Identify development needs and establish an action plan
- Establish a good relationship with suppliers in order to optimize orders (Price-delay)
- continuously listening to the market and mastering new technologies
- Establish detailed analyses on sales by type of device
- Developing skills in analyzing behavior by device type
- Advise and guide your manager on the choice of brands and models of devices
- Keep up to date with the device business (economic situation/import/laws governing the sector.
Required skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of telecommunications and/or marketing.
- French, professional English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Sense of negotiation.
- Comfortable with new technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
