DevOps Engineer TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking a DevOps Engineer based in Kerala to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to automate processes, manage containerized applications, and ensure high availability and scalability across AWS environments. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform Provision and configure AWS services to support development and production environments Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for security, reliability, and scalability Automate operational tasks and streamline workflows through scripting and tooling Maintain documentation of system architecture, procedures, and configurations Required Qualifications: 2–7 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or similar role Proficiency with Docker and containerization concepts Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster management and orchestration Hands-on expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS) Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar cloud certification Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar Kubernetes certification Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools like Argo CD or Flux Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and container environments Experience with cost optimization and resource management in cloud platforms Background in networking concepts and VPN setup Exposure to serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Fargate)
