DevOps Intern TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking a DevOps Intern to join our engineering team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will work closely with developers and operations engineers to streamline our software delivery process, maintain cloud infrastructure, and automate routine tasks. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard DevOps tools and practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities: Assist in building, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Support and monitor cloud infrastructure components on AWS, Azure, and GCP Write and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python Perform basic Linux administration tasks including user management, package installation, and system updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve deployment workflows Document processes, configurations, and best practices Required Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 0–1 years of experience or relevant academic/projects experience in DevOps or system administration Basic Linux administration skills Fundamental understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience using Git for version control Ability to write shell scripts in Bash Basic programming skills in Python Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack) Good verbal and written communication skills Prior internship or project experience in a DevOps or SRE environment
