Mission:

• Design and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy for critical environments in the banking/financial sector.
• Integrate security throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC) in collaboration with DevOps and security teams.
• Automate deployment and remediation processes (Detect-to-Correct framework).
• Ensure alignment with financial industry compliance and regulatory standards.
• Optimize existing CI/CD pipelines to improve security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to integrate ServiceNow and Jira workflows.

Technical skills required:

• Process & Methodologies:
  • Expertise in process development and SDLC lifecycle management.
  • Mastery of release and change management (Release & Change Management).
  • Experience in automating end-to-end deployments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Detect-to-Correct framework.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Expertise in DevOps security (DevSecOps) and integration of security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in aligning with banking/financial sector regulatory standards.
• Techniques :
  • Design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integration of tools like ServiceNow and Jira (asset).
  • Experience in cloud-native deployment (GCP, asset).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (asset).
