Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in shaping the organization s DevSecOps strategy, improving developer productivity, and promoting automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle. If you are passionate about cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, and platform engineering, we d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities D
evSecOps Platform Leadership
  1. Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices
  2. Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for DevSecOps tooling and platform services
  3. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to development, security, and operations teams
  4. Promote a culture of automation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
CI/CD & Automation
  1. Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release management
  2. Drive automation initiatives to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and consistency
  3. Standardize engineering workflows and deployment practices across teams
  4. Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
Cloud & Container Platform Management
  1. Manage and scale cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
  2. Oversee container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, and GKE
  3. Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security
  4. Support containerization technologies such as Docker and related ecosystem tools
Security & Observability
  1. Integrate automated security tooling including SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines
  2. Champion DevSecOps security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  3. Implement and maintain observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing platforms
  4. Work with tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, and similar technologies
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  1. Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes
  2. Improve developer experience and operational efficiency through platform enhancements
  3. Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and platform standards
  4. Identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and system improvement

Requirements What We re Looking For
  1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  2. 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation
  3. Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  4. Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
  5. Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
  6. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  7. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python or Bash
  8. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  10. Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams effectively
  11. Experience with observability and monitoring platforms is highly preferred
  12. Familiarity with security tooling and DevSecOps methodologies is a strong advantage
