Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
Consolidate project updates, KPIs, and milestones into comprehensive management-level reports and presentations.
Develop, implement, and maintain consistent reporting standards, templates, and processes across the team.
Serve as the central coordination point for reporting across masterplanning, capturing and validating inputs from all relevant teams.
Organize, supervise, and monitor closing activities in coordination with Development, Finance, and other departments.
Prepare and support materials for management meetings, board reviews, and external stakeholders.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor masterplanning activities, tasks, and overall project progress.
Deliver reporting outputs and insights that enable effective decision-making at leadership and board levels.
Act as the primary liaison between Master Development and other verticals/departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Lead and manage the Assistant Manager and wider team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support through structured training and performance plans.
Manage workload distribution, prioritize competing tasks, and set clear performance objectives for the team.
Monitor progress against approved plans, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
Maintain continuous follow-up with the Master Development team to support smooth project execution and transparent reporting.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards, while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive and strategic information.
Support and drive organizational change initiatives led by the SVP (e.g., restructuring, process optimization, digital transformation).
Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance, Legal, Operations, and external stakeholders to support integrated planning and reporting.
Ensure reporting practices adhere to corporate governance, audit requirements, and best-in-class industry standards.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate.

Job Specific:

Proficiency of MS Office and Oracle System.
Strong analytical and numeric skills
Problem solving skills.
