Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with renal failure, ensuring adherence to prescribed protocols and safety standards.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis sessions, assessing vital signs and identifying any complications promptly.
  • Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and fluid management to promote better health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare teams to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in renal nursing.

  • Current RN licensure in the practicing state, with a focus on dialysis or critical care nursing experience.

  • Active SCFHS license or under processing candidates can apply

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in dialysis or related fields, demonstrating hands-on expertise in patient care.
