Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up die-cutting machines accurately, ensuring proper blade alignment and registration for precise cuts.
- Load and unload materials, such as paper, cardboard, or plastic sheets, into the machine, optimizing material usage to minimize waste.
- Monitor machine operation continuously, adjusting settings as needed to maintain consistent quality and prevent defects.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to keep the machine running smoothly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, providing a foundational understanding of basic concepts.
- A certificate or vocational training in printing or a related field is preferred, showing a commitment to the industry.
- Prior experience operating die-cutting machines in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable, demonstrating practical skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in die-cutting operations, showcasing proven ability to handle the role.
