For all clients, the mission of a Digital Advisor consists of: Responding to customer requests in writing within the allotted time. Assisting the customer until their commercial or first-level technical issue is resolved. Guaranteeing the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives. Before taking on the mission, complete training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities entrusted to them.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect mastery of the French language in writing. Impeccable spelling. Ability to adapt discourse to the interlocutor. Fast typing speed. Team spirit and company spirit. Unfailing empathy.
