Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
For all clients, the mission of a Digital Advisor consists of:
- Respond to customer requests in writing within the given timeframe.
- Support the customer until their first-level commercial or technical problem is resolved.
- Ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Before taking charge of the mission, complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect command of the written French language.
- Irr likely spelling.
- Ability to adapt the speech to the interlocutor.
- Typing speed.
- Team and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Empathize any evidence.
