For all customers, the mission of a Digital Advisor is to:
Respond to the customer request in writing within the given deadlines.
Accompany the customer until the resolution of their first-level commercial or technical problem.
Ensure the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project.
Before taking charge of the mission, a complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Desired profile
Perfect command of the French language in writing.
Irreproachable in spelling.
Ability to adapt the speech to the other person.
Speed of typing.
Team and entrepreneurial spirit.
Empathy at all times.
Required Experience
Desirable back-office experience.
