Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

- Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the company s digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and online displaysbr>
- Design and implement a vibrant and effective digital marketing campaign. br>
- Analyzing and understanding various databases and online analytics tools, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter Analytics.br>
- Develop SEO/SEM techniques to enhance the company s brand and increase web-search visibility.br>
- Work with IT professionals to help optimize the customer experience and react to needed changes in the campaign.br>
- Work on web development tools.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

br> - Proven working experience in digital marketing in Real Estate field.br> - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.br> - Highly creative with experience not less than 3 years in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and generates qualified leads.br> - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.br> - Working knowledge of ad serving tools.br> - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.br> - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.br> - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
