Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor ATM network performance proactively, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal uptime and transaction processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors for ATM hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Manage ATM cash replenishment schedules and cash forecasting models, minimizing cash-out situations and optimizing cash levels.
  • Oversee ATM security protocols, including fraud prevention measures, and respond to security incidents in accordance with established procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in ATM operations or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Has experience with ATM security protocols, including fraud prevention and incident response.
