Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Backend & API Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable backend web applications and APIs. Continuously improve existing integrations for optimal performance.

  • System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor internal system performance to ensure high reliability, availability, and responsiveness. Analyze and optimize systems for efficiency.
  • Problem Solving & QA: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs. Develop test scenarios, validate software functionality, and document quality assurance processes.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements and design technical solutions. Communicate effectively with external vendors to report issues, validate deliveries, and track bug resolutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Work independently and as part of a team while staying updated on emerging technologies and modern backend development practices.

Technical Skills

  • Languages: Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Python).
  • Architecture & Data: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system integrations, and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with issue tracking tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend web application development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with MVC frameworks, particularly Laravel OR Java Spring boot.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
