Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to manage our social media content and posting schedules across all platforms (excluding YouTube, which is handled by external agencies). The role focuses on content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages, maintaining brand tone.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2+ Years

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and posting best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools and content performance reporting.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines efficiently.
