Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-driven copy for landing pages, ads, campaigns, and digital experiences
Create premium bilingual copy in Arabic and English with cultural fluency and accuracy
Develop scroll-stopping headlines and hooks designed for performance and retention
Shape CTAs and short-form messages that drive action and reflect brand personality
Partner with designers and marketing teams to build digital campaigns for regional and global markets
Collaborate on A/B tests, brainstorm variations, and track how your words perform
Interpret performance data to refine copy and improve conversion
Keep messaging consistent, structured, and aligned with the brand voice
Bring fresh ideas, smart angles, and creative thinking to every brief
And any other duties required by the role
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 7 years of experience in digital copywriting or performance-driven creative writing
- Proven experience writing high-performing landing pages, ads, and social campaigns
- Ability to write short, sharp digital copy that grabs attention fast
- Understanding of behavioural triggers and how words influence decisions
- Experience working with designers and marketers to build campaigns
- Strong understanding of tone, structure, clarity, and message hierarchy
- Ability to work quickly without losing quality
