Roles & Responsibilities

Implement the internal communication strategy

  • Develop and implement the internal communication strategy in line with the company's objectives.
  • To finalize the annual action plan and ensure its follow-up.

Relevance and dissemination of messages

  • Ensure clarity, consistency and proper timing of internal messages.
  • Validate the content before broadcasting (language elements, tone, formats, timing).

Design and promotion of internal actions

  • Design and deploy communication plans and campaigns to support and promote internal projects.
  • To collect and centralize information, events and new developments from other departments in order to highlight them.

Management of communication channels and media

  • Supervise and optimize internal channels (intranet, newsletters, digital screens, displays, support for internal events, internal social network).
  • To ensure the quality, relevance and regularity of the content disseminated.

Respect for visual identity and internal branding

  • Ensure compliance with the group's graphic charter across all internal materials.
  • Oversee the branding of the premises and physical materials.

Operational management and support

  • Ensure that projects are completed within budget and time limits.
  • Manage the internal communications team, monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

Contribution l Employer Branding

  • Promote culture, successes and internal initiatives to strengthen the sense of belonging.
  • Align internal messaging with the group's employer branding strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Excellent mastery of internal communication techniques (writing, storytelling, visual communication, digital tools).
  • My mastery of internal communication tools and channels (intranet, newsletters, digital displays, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the issues related to employee engagement and employer branding.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and Arabic, and professional English.
  • My mastery of office, digital and graphic tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong ability to design and manage internal communication strategies, with a strong sense of creativity and rigor.
  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in communication, humanities, marketing or equivalent
