The Digital Enablement GRC Specialist supports the implementation and monitoring of IT governance, risk, and compliance controls to ensure regulatory alignment, audit readiness, and control maturity across IT and cloud operations. The role works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and Audit.

Responsibilities:

Monitor IT governance controls across IT operations

Maintain and update IT control register and compliance tracking logs

Audit-ready methodology

Track remediation plans and follow up on overdue actions

Support internal and external audit walkthroughs

Support Enterprise GRC and followed regulators

Monitor governance aspects of change management and high-risk activities

Maintain IT and any reported risks and issue registers

Support KPI tracking and reporting governance","requirements":"

• +6 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, Compliance, or IT Audit

• Strong understanding of regulatory and control frameworks (e.g., NCA ECC, ISO 20000, ISO 27001)

• Experience with IT control implementation and monitoring

• Experience in cloud governance

• Experience in cybersecurity compliance

• Familiarity with Change Management and ITIL processes

• Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity

• Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills

• Experience in KPI governance and reporting frameworks

• Structured and detail-oriented professional

• Strong execution and follow-up discipline

• Comfortable working cross-functionally

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
