Roles & Responsibilities

Learn and understand the company s implemented systems, tools, and workflows.

Train end users on how to correctly and efficiently use deployed technologies.

Provide day-to-day end user support for IT tools, applications, and basic systems usage.

Perform basic configuration and setup within implemented systems as required.

Shadow end users to understand how work is performed in practice.

Observe, document, and report inefficiencies or manual processes that can be digitized.

Act as a first point of contact between users and IT teams for functional issues and feedback.

Support adoption, correct usage, and continuous improvement of digital tools.
