Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging student communities across social media platforms and digital channels
• Create and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase student participation and platform growth
• Manage daily interactions with students, educational content sharing, and community discussions across multiple platforms
• Coordinate student engagement campaigns, educational events, and strategic communication initiatives
• Monitor and respond to student discussions, educational trends, and conversations relevant to learning objectives
• Create compelling educational content and messaging designed to motivate students, build community, and drive enrollment
• Analyze engagement effectiveness, student response patterns, and community growth performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key influencers, educational partners, and target student demographics
• Implement student retention techniques through personalized engagement and strategic educational communication
• Maintain professional standards while building authentic relationships and educational community presence

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Experience managing social media accounts and online communities
• Knowledge of Egyptian social media landscape and user behavior
• Strong understanding of Arabic and English social media content
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and local platforms
