Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, emails, and correspondence.
- Digitally organize and streamline files and documentation using AI tools
- Assist in planning and coordinating events (locally and internationally)
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and presentations as needed
- Research, implement, and recommend new AI or productivity tools to optimize workflows
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (French is a plus)
- Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, AI productivity apps, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
