The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in governance models, particularly COBIT, and the ability to align IT processes with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices, especially COBIT

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational policies

• Develop governance policies, procedures, and control mechanisms

• Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate governance maturity

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives

• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies within governance frameworks

• Provide guidance on governance tools, standards, and methodologies

• Support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
