Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Digital Governance Specialists to support a governmental project focused on implementing robust digital governance and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in governance models, particularly COBIT, and the ability to align IT processes with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement digital governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices, especially COBIT

Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational policies

Develop governance policies, procedures, and control mechanisms

Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate governance maturity

Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives

Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies within governance frameworks

Provide guidance on governance tools, standards, and methodologies

Support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital governance, IT compliance, or related domains
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT framework
Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles
Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
