Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.

Manage paid ads performance, budget allocation, targeting, and reporting.

Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and re-engagement.

Develop and manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars.

Own website performance, landing pages, and continuously optimize for lead generation (CRO).

Conduct keyword research, SEO content optimization, and link-building activities.

Coordinate with Technical SEO Specialist for technical enhancements.

Track and analyze digital KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for integrated growth initiatives.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

  • Total working hours: 9 hours per day 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
  • Two days off per week (rotational schedule).
  • Work mode: Office-based
  • Location: Sheikh Zayed
  • Performance evaluation: based on sales targets, call quality, and attendance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

2 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics platforms.

Experience with CMS platforms and website optimization practices.

Strong content creation and copywriting background.

SaaS / GCC / B2B experience is highly preferred.

Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills.

Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
