Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to manage and grow the healthcare pipeline.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of healthcare digital solutions and transformation projects.
- Lead solution demonstrations with potential vendors in response to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver technical and costing offerings.
- Develop and maintain technical offering templates, costing sheets, and demo plans.
- Identify and evaluate potential technology vendor options, including managing costing and contract negotiations.
- Review and approve technical components of proposals, ensuring efficient integration of configured solutions before submission to the sales team
Skills and abilities
- Hands-on experience with healthcare IT solutions such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Health Information Exchange (HIE).
- Ability to design, evaluate, and present complex technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Strong background in digital transformation projects within healthcare.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Job specification
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical or a related field.
- 7 10 years of proven work experience in the digital healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the digital healthcare industry is highly desirable.
