Digital Management & Infographics Manager

Responsibilities:

Computer Management

• Maintain and secure the computer park: computers, network, printers.
• Install, configure and update the software and tools necessary for the company's operation.
• Ensure the security of data and systems (backups, antivirus, access).
• Provide technical support to employees.

Infographics and content creation

• Create visual supports for internal and external communication: catalogs, flyers, brochures, product sheets, promotional posters.
• Ensure the consistency of the graphic charter and the aesthetics of the supports.
• Adapt visuals to different distribution channels (print and digital).

Digital management and online communication

• Manage the company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.): planning and content publication.
• Update the website: products, news, promotional content.
• Design and send newsletters or mailings targeted to customers and partners.
• Monitor digital performance and propose improvement actions to optimize visibility and engagement.

Required skills

Technical:

• Mastery of computer tools and office software.
• Knowledge of infographics: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign.
• Skills in social network management and digital marketing.
• Notions in website management and online content creation.

Behavioral:

Training & experience

• Diploma in IT, multimedia, digital marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in infographics and digital management.
