Roles & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Digital & Mar Tech Executive is a hands-on execution role responsible for designing, implementing, and operating end-to-end digital marketing and marketing technology capabilities for the Special Zones Project. The role owns digital customer journeys, marketing automation, tracking architecture, attribution, and performance management.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Digital Marketing Execution & Performance

  • Own and execute paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic).

  • Manage organic digital channels, landing pages, and conversion journeys.

  • Define and optimise digital funnels and conversion paths.

  • Monitor CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution.

    1. Social Media Strategy & Measurement

  • Execute paid and organic social campaigns.

  • Implement platform pixels and UTM frameworks.

  • Ensure accurate attribution and Salesforce lead routing.

    1. Salesforce Marketing & CRM Integration

  • Implement marketing automation and lifecycle management.

  • Configure attribution models and reporting dashboards.

  • Ensure clean integration across CRM and digital channels.

    1. Data, Tracking & Attribution

  • Own GA4, GTM, and pixel implementation.

  • Maintain clean tracking architecture and dashboards.

  • Prevent data duplication and ensure governance compliance.

    1. Hands-On Execution (Mandatory)

  • Set up and optimise campaigns directly.

  • Create landing pages and manage forms.

  • Design and enforce UTM standards.

  • Connect campaigns to Salesforce with clean lifecycle tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years in digital marketing and CRM-based environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing and analytics.

  • Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Excellent communication in English
