Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions: Digital strategy
- Develop and deploy the B2B digital marketing strategy
- Define target personas and customer journeys
- Identify priority acquisition channels
Lead Acquisition & Generation
- Design and manage acquisition campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social ads)
- Generate qualified leads for sales teams
- Optimize conversion funnels
Content management
- Plan and produce professional content (articles, posts, newsletters, white papers)
- Ensuring editorial consistency and brand image
- Update digital and institutional materials
Communication corporate & externe
- Deploy the overall communication plan (online and offline)
- Drafting official communications: press releases, announcements, customer newsletters
- Managing communication on professional social networks
- Contribute to enhancing the employer brand
- Coordinate commercial and institutional materials (presentations, brochures, files)
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand positioning
Analyse & reporting
- Track marketing and communication KPIs
- Analyze the performance of communication campaigns and actions
- Propose data-based optimizations
Monitoring & innovation
- To ensure competitive, sectoral and technological monitoring
- Identify new marketing and communication trends
- Recommend innovative actions

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) to Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in marketing, communication or digital

- Experience in the service, HR or B2B sectors is highly valued.
