Digital Marketing Specialist - MEA and Turkey

  • Supports to Marketing Manager in developing regional and country marketing plans; in partnership with key commercial stakeholders .
  • Digital Transition and Support Training within the region. Rollout of the Digital Training Software Percolate and Sprinkler
  • Project Management with the Corporate Digital Team.
  • Update and Maintenance of the ShowPad App, Awareness and User Training .
  • Co-ordination and delivery of a cohesive and comprehensive regional/local marketing communications plan achieved by active liaison across the marketing team to determine requirements and priorities
    • Gathers insights to support marketing communications planning, develop and implement a Communications Plan.
    • Coordination of marketing activities that utilise the full range of communication media (web, print, emedia, social media etc.) to maximise efficiency and output across GBU portfolios.
    • Implement and track campaign activity through use of appropriate tools.
  • Coordinate with Corporate (structure) and colleagues (content) to deliver an effective website(s) in required language.
  • Maintain and Prioritise a database of marketing tools necessary for dealer and internal sales process
  • Coordinate the implementation of the Dentsply CRM system across the region
    • Development of marketing output and new initiatives that fully utilise the CRM system
  • Executes tactical activities to support regional and country plans
  • Execution of regional and country marketing plans working closely with the Regional Marketing/CE Leader.
    • Use of global infrastructure (web, branding, collateral) in the local markets to execute in market strategy
    • Creation of local and country specific content / activities seeking agreement from GBU via the Regional Marketing/CE Leader
    • Utilise the region and countries CRM system to build targeted campaigns to support country plans
    • Communicate to customers and dealers regarding updates, new products etc. as agreed with the Regional Marketing/CE Leader
    • Support the training of sales team to ensure required knowledge is known including, but not limited to, product information, product positioning vs competitors
    • Sales Team support - product knowledge and Dual calling to understand the needs of the sales team and customers
    • To be an active part of a project team for events
Software Experience Which Is a Must

  • Eloqua (Email Automation), Sprinklr (Social Media Management), Percolate (Campaign Planning), ShowPad App (backend), ServiceNow (IT ticketing system)
  • Social Media Channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Adobe Enterprise Management (AEM) - website management
  • SFDC Lightning - with the integration of lead gen initiative to sync Eloqua + SFDC
  • Creative tools Canva, Adobe etc.
