Key Responsibilities

• Key player as videographers , photographer for creative content production
• Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO , email, etc.)
• Generate and optimize content for performance and engagement
• Drive lead generation campaigns and track ROI across all channels
• Manage and grow our online presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with agents to create compelling property campaigns
• Monitor analytics and implement data-driven improvements
• Stay updated with digital trends and competitor activity
• Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and retargeting strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate or agency experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
• Content creation skills (basic graphic design/video editing)
• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Self-driven, creative thinker with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage
