Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing

team in executing digital campaigns, managing online content, and analyzing performance

metrics. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital trends and

audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads,

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta

Business Suite, etc.

• Support SEO and SEM efforts through keyword research and content optimization.

• Help manage website updates and ensure content accuracy.

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies as needed.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles

Required Soft Skills:

• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate engaging content ideas

• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in campaign execution and reporting

• Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

• Team Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities and fast-evolving digital trends

• Problem-Solving: Proactively identifies issues and suggests practical solutions

• Initiative: Takes ownership and shows eagerness to learn and grow in the role

• Customer Focus: Understands audience needs and tailors’ content accordingly

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc)

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress

• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva,

Mailchimp, etc.)

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
