Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve click-through rates, and achieve lead generation/conversion goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including content briefs, creatives, targeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging campaign assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas into campaigns.
  • Support SEO, website optimization, and CRM/marketing automation initiatives as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
