Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance hotel visibility and drive bookings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage content creation and scheduling for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Support the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings.
  • Assist in managing online advertising budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries or feedback on digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience managing social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
