Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement across multiple online platforms.

Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising to achieve targeted ROI.

Oversee content creation and curation for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative to ensure cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.

Manage and grow the brand s presence on social media platforms, engaging with audiences and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, recommending strategies for optimization.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and performance tracking.

Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within the FMCG or related industry.

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other major platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
