Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to promote the company s medical devices and healthcare solutions.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content for the company s website, social media platforms, and email marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing objectives and messaging.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Oversee the company s social media presence, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and building a strong online community.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for digital growth.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized digital marketing projects.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
