Description
Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled digital marketing of our marketing strategy. This position will prioritize lifting demand generation, increasing brand awareness, driving revenue growth, and boosting business performance for the Business Unit. This role is responsible for building a cohesive, data-driven approach to demand generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline development
Desired Candidate Profile
Core Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Building social media strategy to increase awareness and engagement on social media
- Execute successful digital marketing campaigns and create SEO-optimized content to rank high on search engines.
-Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results.
-Monitor, report and analyst results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate
- Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Social Media to expand our social media audience base
Education, Experience
- Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing or a related field
-A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Experience of email, adwords and/or display advertising campaigns
