Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in the contemporary marketing landscape by developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that advance a company s digital presence and customer engagement. This role demands both creativity and analytical skills to enhance brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and cultivate leads. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with various teams, including creative, IT, and business development, to ensure that marketing campaigns align with agreed-upon strategies and business goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance through multiple digital channels, making necessary adjustments to optimize results, and ensuring that the digital marketing initiatives are cost-effective and measure up to expected standards.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across search engines, social media, and display networks.
  • Analyze website traffic and trends using analytics tools to inform marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, projects, and activities.

  • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Ensure compliance of all digital marketing assets with SEO standards and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing and SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
  • In-depth understanding of social media marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven analysis and metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems is a plus.
