Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain the company s social media presence.
Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to reach the company s target audience and objectives.
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
SEO & SEM:
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
- Perform keyword research, optimization, and SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the website.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Brand Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Tools & Technologies:
- Utilize the appropriate software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
