Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and initiatives.
- Organize regular team meetings and provide updates on sales and marketing performance, targets, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products/services.
Digital Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy aimed at increasing online sales revenue and expanding our digital footprint.
- Identify new digital sales channels and opportunities for growth, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, social media, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize digital sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets, tailored for digital sales channels.
Sales Support:
- Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively engage with customers in the digital space.
- Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to showcase our products/services and address customer needs.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing is required
- Minimum of 4 -5 Years of experience is required
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage content marketing efforts
- Proficiency in social media marketing across various platforms
- Content creation and marketing abilities for compelling storytelling.
- Co-ordination with various teams in the hospital
- Digital advertising expertise across various platforms like display ads and retargeting
